Account data: When you register, we collect your email address and full name.

Profile data: Coaching qualifications, profile photo, club name, club badge, and preferences you choose to add.

Audio data: If you use the Post-Session Reflection (podcast) feature (paid plans only), we store the audio recording you upload. This recording may be made publicly accessible if you mark the associated session as public. You can delete your recording at any time from your session card.

Usage data: Session plans you generate, ratings, notes, and audio reflections you save.

Payment data: We use Base44 Payments (powered by Wix) to process payments. We do not store card details — payment data is handled directly by the payment processor.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, and usage analytics to improve the service.
