By accessing or using Football Session AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Football Session AI provides AI-generated football coaching session plans for personal and professional coaching use. The plans are generated as a tool to assist qualified coaches and should be adapted using your own professional judgement.

We do not guarantee that any generated session plan is suitable for a specific group, age, or skill level. You are responsible for assessing the safety and appropriateness of any session before delivering it.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@football-session-ai.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Paid plans (Semi Pro and Professional) are billed monthly on a recurring basis via Base44 Payments. Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable taxes.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

14-day cooling-off waiver: Our digital service begins immediately upon purchase. By proceeding with your subscription, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right to withdraw within the 14-day statutory cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

To cancel your subscription: go to your Profile page within the app and tap "Cancel Subscription". Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. If you have difficulty cancelling, contact us at support@football-session-ai.com and we will action it within 2 business days.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the service

• Share your account credentials with others

• Use generated content to create a competing product without our written consent

• Upload audio recordings that contain defamatory, abusive, misleading, or unlawful content

• Impersonate another person in any audio recording

• Upload audio that includes background music, third-party commentary, or any content you do not own or have rights to use

Paid subscribers (Semi Pro and Professional plans) may record and upload short audio reflections linked to their session plans ("Reflections"). By uploading a Reflection you confirm that:

• The recording is your own voice and original commentary

• You have not included any third-party copyright material (music, clips, broadcasts)

• The content is professional and appropriate for a coaching community audience

• You consent to the audio being made publicly accessible if the associated session is marked as public

We reserve the right to remove any Reflection without notice if we determine it breaches these Terms or is otherwise unsuitable. We accept no liability for the content of Reflections uploaded by users. You indemnify us against any claims, losses, or damages arising from content you upload.

Reflections are stored and served via our infrastructure. We may retain uploaded audio for a reasonable period after account closure for operational reasons, after which it will be deleted.

The Football Session AI platform, branding, and underlying technology are owned by us. Session plans generated using your inputs are yours to use for coaching purposes. We retain the right to use anonymised usage data to improve the service.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Football Session AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
